LMS Administrator

We are currently recruiting for our client for the position of:

LMS Administrator

Location: Gdańsk

Your responsibilities:

• user management - manage accounts, roles, and access permissions,
• data management - ensure data integrity and integrate LMS with CRM and portals,
• technical support - troubleshoot user issues and escalate to LMS vendor if needed,
• security & compliance - safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance,
• integration & reporting - connect LMS with other systems, analyze data, and generate reports.

Our requirements:

• experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS),
• strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• project management experience is a plus,
• analytical skills,
• experience with system integration and data management - nice to have.
