• Strong communicators who can manage client relationships, set clear expectations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Account managers experienced in handling T&M (Time & Materials) projects, overseeing scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Problem solvers who proactively identify opportunities to optimize project outcomes and refine strategies.
• Growth-focused individuals who can drive upsell opportunities by identifying client needs and recommending relevant services.
• Team players who collaborate seamlessly with Performance, Creative, and Marketing Automation teams.
• Data-driven strategists who monitor project and client KPIs, delivering regular performance updates.
• Polish and English speaking positive souls who are true team-players
• Someone who will be available for at least 30 + hours per month.

What skills and experience is crucial for us?

• Marketing Strategy Development – proven experience in crafting and executing successful strategies.
• T&M Project Management – ability to oversee project scope, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Client Communication – strong skills in managing expectations and maintaining clear, transparent communication.
• Performance Optimization – experience in analyzing data and continuously improving marketing strategies.
• Upselling & Business Growth – capability to identify client needs and recommend additional services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – experience working with performance marketing, creative, and automation teams.
• KPI Monitoring & Reporting – ability to track key metrics and provide insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Agreement type of your choice between: B2B contract or contract of mandate (UZ)
• Salary brackets: 100 pln - 150 pln (or more, depending on your experience)
