Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution while also overseeing project delivery, team performance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Proficiency in Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into clear, detailed requirements.
• Documentation: Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and propose optimizations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate data, metrics, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.
• Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, objectives, tasks, and timelines, and ensure successful completion of deliverables.
• Jira Administration: Set up and configure Jira projects, workflows, and dashboards; gather and analyze performance metrics to optimize team productivity.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on milestones, deliverables, and team velocity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of combined experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather, interpret, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable items.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience configuring and managing Jira (including workflows, issue types, custom fields, dashboards, and reports).
• Project Management Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence decisions at multiple organizational levels.
• Collaboration: Track record of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement efficient solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
